Who we are
Mountain Canyon Art is a small art shop run by 12-year-old artist McKenzie Carter, with a parent supervising and handling all orders, payments, and shipping. When you email us, a parent reads and answers.
Ordering
Orders happen by email at hello@mountaincanyon.art. Sending a request does not reserve a piece — nothing is yours until we reply and confirm it's available. Originals are one of a kind and go to the first confirmed buyer; signed prints are made in small batches.
Payment
We accept Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or cash at local pickup. A parent sends payment details after confirming your order, and payment is due before we ship or hand off your art. Prices are in US dollars. We are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong account, so please only pay using the details we send you by email.
Shipping and pickup
Art ships flat in a rigid mailer. We'll confirm the shipping cost (if any) in our reply before you pay. Local pickup is arranged by email and always includes a parent.
Returns and damaged art
If your art arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement print or a refund. Beyond that, sales are final — we're a very small shop and every original is one of a kind.
The art itself
Your purchase is for personal enjoyment. McKenzie keeps the copyright to her artwork, which means purchased pieces and prints can't be reproduced or resold as prints or merchandise.
Changes
We may update these terms as the shop grows. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Questions? Email hello@mountaincanyon.art.
